Returns & Refund Policy
At Pixy's Perfumes, your happiness matters to us. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something is not quite right, we are here to help.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned or exchanged under the terms below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition / seal.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return
- Please return your item to the collection destination if the purchase was collected.
Online Purchases
- Log your return request via WhatsApp.
- Our courier will collect the item once your return is approved.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products (broken seal or altered condition).
- Gift cards.
- Sale / Archive items.
- Samples.
- Free gifts received with a purchase.
Exchanges
- You may exchange your product for any item of your choice, including gift cards.
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the balance will be issued as a Pixy's Perfumes gift card.
Refunds
- Original delivery fees are not refundable.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after the returned item is received by us.
- Your bank / card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the funds.
